About The Position

Indiana University Health is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead its Primary Care team. The manager assists the Senior Leader with planning, direction, and overall operations in assigned areas. The role manages ongoing development, implementation, and performance outcomes to improve service-line efficiency; oversees day-to-day supervision of patient services, financial management, and facility adequacy; and maintains communication and collaboration among practice staff, physicians, administration, external customers, and health-system staff to deliver service that meets or exceeds customer expectations. This is a fully onsite position with a Monday–Friday day shift.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Four to six years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of business applications.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and deliver timely results.
• Ability to maintain compliance with policies and the Code of Conduct.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

• Ensure service delivery meets or exceeds customer needs and expectations.
• Maintain compliance with applicable policies and the Code of Conduct.
• Lead and develop a team; the position has 11 direct reports.
