About The Position

Indiana University Health is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead within its Primary Care team. The role assists the Senior Leader with planning, directing, and overseeing operations within assigned areas. It manages ongoing development, implementation, and performance outcomes to improve the efficiency of responsible service lines. The Clinic Manager oversees day-to-day supervision in assigned patient services areas, financial management, and facility adequacy. The role also maintains communication and collaboration among practice staff, physicians, administration, external customers, and appropriate health system staff to deliver service that exceeds customer needs and expectations. This is a fully onsite position, Monday through Friday, on the day shift.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience is required.
• Four to six years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of business applications.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely results.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
