About The Position

MCMH + Clinics is hiring a full-time Clinic Manager for Downtown Care, its new integrated medical and dental clinic. Reporting to the Chief Clinical Officer, the Clinic Manager is responsible for overall clinic operations, including medical and dental services. The Clinic Manager provides leadership and oversight of daily operations, including clinical and support staff, patient flow, scheduling, workflows, quality and safety, regulatory compliance, and patient experience. The role collaborates with medical and dental providers, staff, and organizational leadership to support efficient operations and high-quality patient care. The manager also assists with developing and implementing clinic goals, processes, and improvements as Downtown Care grows and evolves. The ideal candidate is a positive, organized, approachable leader who works well in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable supporting both medical and dental operations. A clinical background in medical or dental care is preferred. This is a full-time, exempt management position.

Responsibilities

Oversee overall operations of Downtown Care, including medical and dental services.
Lead and oversee daily clinic operations, including clinical and support staff.
Oversee patient flow, scheduling, workflows, quality and safety, regulatory compliance, and the patient experience.
Collaborate with medical and dental providers, staff, and organizational leadership to promote efficient operations and high-quality patient care.
