Clinic Manager/RN Clinic Manager - Family Medicine
About The Position
UW Health is seeking a Clinic Manager or RN Clinic Manager for Family Medicine. The position directs and evaluates the department’s workforce, including staff scheduling and performance; prepares operating budgets, including volume projections, expenses, and revenue estimates; and uses data and metrics to lead day-to-day clinical operations and coordinate patient care services in an ambulatory setting. This is a full-time, 1.0 FTE hybrid position, primarily based at 100 N Nine Mound Rd in Verona, Wisconsin. The schedule is 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with hours subject to operational needs. Once fully trained, the position allows one day per week working from home periodically. Schedule details will be discussed in the interview. Applicants may qualify through the Clinic Manager or RN Clinic Manager pathway. Clinic Manager candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business, or a related health field. RN Clinic Manager candidates must have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and the required RN license. Requirements
- Clinic Manager: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business, or a related health field.
- RN Clinic Manager: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Two years of healthcare operations supervisory or management experience, or three years of progressive relevant leadership experience. An equivalent and relevant combination of master’s-level education, fellowship, or experience may be considered in lieu of the total experience requirement.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire.
- RN Clinic Manager: Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state(s) where patients are receiving care, or eligibility to work under applicable state licensing regulations.
- Ability to work 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday; hours may vary based on department operational needs.

- Clinic Manager: Master’s degree in healthcare management, business, or a related health field.
- RN Clinic Manager: Master’s degree in nursing, healthcare management, business, or a related healthcare field.
- Five years of progressive, relevant supervisory or management experience.
- Previous clinic or healthcare management experience.
