About The Position

The Clinic RN Family Medicine role is based at UW Health Swedish American Medical Group, 2473 McFarland Rd. The position is 100% FTE, with a schedule of Monday 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Tuesday 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., Wednesday 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Thursday 7:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m., and Friday 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with Friday afternoons in Roscoe. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
Provide a copy of a high school diploma or equivalent, or the highest level of completed degree obtained.
Computer experience.
Current RN licensure from the State of Illinois.
Basic Life Support/CPR certification.
