About The Position

Genesis Orthopedics & Sports Medicine is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead a physical therapy clinic and help expand access to high-quality services. The organization provides personalized orthopedic care to people of all ages and backgrounds, including underserved communities. The role combines clinic management with direct patient care. The Clinic Manager oversees daily clinic operations, performs patient evaluations and treatment, leads and mentors physical therapists and support staff, supports practice growth, manages financial and operational resources, maintains regulatory compliance and patient confidentiality, and collaborates with healthcare professionals to improve integrated care. The schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday, with two evenings to accommodate patient needs.

Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
Current Illinois Physical Therapy License.

Nice To Haves

Proven experience in clinic management or a healthcare leadership role.
Spanish language proficiency.
