About The Position
Ivy Health is hiring a full-time Clinic Director/Partner and Physical Therapist for its Martinsville, Virginia location. This is an opportunity to become an equity partner and help shape a clinic from the ground up, including having a voice in clinic location, culture, team development, and patient experience. Ivy Rehab supports the clinic with marketing, HR, recruitment, legal compliance, IT, revenue cycle management, and other operational resources. The Clinic Director will lead a collaborative team, mentor and develop colleagues, build community relationships, and support a positive clinic culture. The role focuses on providing exceptional care and patient outcomes. The position requires an active or pending Physical Therapist license and graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
- At least 3 years of dedication and experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for mentoring and developing others.
- Desire to grow the clinic, build community relationships, and create a positive team culture.
- Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
Nice To Haves
- Previous outpatient orthopedic experience.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience.
