About The Position
Ivy Rehab is hiring a full-time Clinic Director/Partner in Colonial Heights, Virginia. This role offers an opportunity to become an equity partner and help shape a clinic from the ground up, with input into clinic location, culture, team development, and patient experience. Ivy Rehab provides support in marketing, HR, recruitment, legal compliance, IT, revenue cycle management, and other areas needed to support the clinic’s growth. The position requires an active or pending Physical Therapist license and graduation from an accredited physical therapy program. The Clinic Director/Partner will join Ivy Health’s multidisciplinary team, which provides physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis services. The organization emphasizes authenticity, inclusion, growth, community, and exceptional patient care. Clinicians have access to ScribeIQ, an AI documentation tool intended to reduce documentation time, as well as resources, mentorship, career advice, and learning partnerships.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
- At least 3 years of dedication and experience in a healthcare setting.
- Passion for mentoring and developing others.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Desire to grow the clinic, build community relationships, and create a positive team culture.
- Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
Nice To Haves
- Previous outpatient orthopedic experience.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience.
