About The Position

Beacon Clinic is seeking a Clinic Administrator to lead clinical and non-clinical operations at its Boise clinic. The role is the operational leader for the clinic, ensuring an exceptional patient experience while supporting operational excellence, practice growth, and high-quality cancer care. The Administrator works closely with physicians, advanced practice providers (APPs), the Front Office Lead, administrative partners, and Beacon leadership and operational teams in North Idaho to promote consistency, share best practices, and support organizational initiatives. This is a visible, community-facing leadership role—not a back-office position. The Clinic Administrator helps build referral relationships, follows through with community partners, supports Beacon’s online reputation, and ensures patients and families feel respected and cared for. The role suits a professional, positive, organized leader who is calm under pressure, comfortable with numbers, and motivated to make a difference in cancer care.
