About The Position

Beacon Clinic is seeking a Clinic Administrator to lead clinical and non-clinical operations at its Boise clinic. The role is the operational leader for the clinic, supporting an exceptional patient experience, operational excellence, practice growth, and high-quality cancer care. The Administrator works closely with physicians, advanced practice providers (APPs), the Front Office Lead, Beacon leadership, and operational teams in North Idaho to promote consistency, share best practices, and advance organizational initiatives. This is a visible, community-facing leadership role rather than a back-office position. The Administrator helps build referral relationships, follows through with community partners, supports Beacon’s online reputation, and ensures patients and families feel respected and cared for. The position suits a professional, positive, organized leader who remains calm under pressure, is comfortable with numbers, and wants to make a difference in cancer care. Beacon is open to candidates from oncology leadership or ambulatory practice management and can teach the nuances of oncology operations.
