About The Position

Beacon Clinic is a physician-owned, independent cancer center providing medical oncology and hematology, radiation oncology, rheumatology, and urology services. The Clinic Administrator is the operational leader for the Boise clinic, responsible for clinical and non-clinical operations and for supporting an exceptional patient experience, operational excellence, practice growth, and high-quality cancer care. The role works closely with physicians, advanced practice providers (APPs), the Front Office Lead, administrative partners, Beacon leadership, and operational teams in North Idaho to promote consistency, share best practices, and support organizational initiatives. This is a visible, community-facing leadership position rather than a back-office role. The administrator supports referral relationships and community partnerships, follows through with partners, and helps maintain Beacon’s online reputation. The ideal candidate is professional, positive, organized, calm under pressure, comfortable with numbers, collaborative, accountable, and motivated to improve processes and care experiences. Oncology experience is strongly preferred, although the organization is willing to teach the nuances of the oncology business.
