About The Position

As a MEDITECH trainer, you will help clinicians and financial professionals use the company’s integrated, interoperable Enterprise Health Record (EHR). Drawing on clinical or financial experience, you will educate healthcare professionals on using technology to support patient care. As part of the Client Services & Implementation team, you will manage software implementation projects, lead EHR training and installation, and serve as the primary client contact throughout implementation. The role also involves customer service and software troubleshooting, coordinating with staff across MEDITECH applications and programmer analysts to resolve technical issues, contributing to group projects, interacting with development staff, mentoring co-workers, processing software enhancement or modification requests, maintaining application documentation, and updating an online project tracking system. The position requires extensive travel—approximately 50–75% of the time—to customer locations in the United States and Canada to deliver training. A personal credit card, or the ability to obtain one, is required to cover initial business travel expenses; approved expenses are reimbursed according to company guidelines. Proof of vaccination may be required for travel to customer sites unless an approved medical or religious exemption applies.
