As part of our virtual team, you’ll connect with members through scheduled online appointments. Your responsibility is to understand what they need, explain the programs available to them, and make the process as simple and straightforward as possible.

Responsibilities

• Conducting virtual meetings with members.
• Asking questions to better understand individual needs and priorities.
• Presenting available programs and explaining different options.
• Helping members complete applications and required documentation.
• Responding to questions throughout the enrollment process.
• Following up with members who need additional assistance.
• Maintaining organized and accurate client records.
• Building positive, professional relationships with the people you assist.
