About The Position
AO Globe Life is hiring a Client Coverage Consultant to work remotely with individuals and families seeking information about insurance coverage. The role guides clients through a professional, needs-based review process and helps them understand available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options. It is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven, not hourly or salaried. No prior insurance experience is required; training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided. Candidates must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities and complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at their own expense. Candidates provide their own computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace. Specific licensing requirements, fees, compensation, and contractor terms may vary by state and are reviewed during hiring and onboarding.
