About The Position

AO Globe Life is hiring a remote member services professional to help individuals, families, union members, credit union members, and association members explore insurance coverage options. The role involves connecting with prospective clients through warm leads, scheduling virtual appointments, discussing their needs, and explaining available life, supplemental health, and accident insurance coverage. The specialist answers questions, provides client support, follows up to maintain professional relationships, and keeps organized records and documentation. This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven, not hourly or salaried. No prior insurance experience is required. The company provides training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development. Candidates must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities and are responsible for applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and licensing requirements at their own expense. Contractor terms, licensing requirements, fees, and compensation may vary by state and will be reviewed during hiring and onboarding.
