About The Position
AO Globe Life is hiring a virtual client protection advisor to work remotely with individuals and families reviewing insurance coverage options. The advisor connects with prospective clients who requested information, learns about their needs, and guides them through professional, needs-based conversations about coverage. The company provides warm leads, structured training, daily coaching, and mentorship. This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven, not hourly or salaried. No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided. Candidates must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities and pay for any required pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements. Specific licensing requirements, fees, compensation, and contractor terms may vary by state and are reviewed during hiring and onboarding.
Requirements

- At least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Provide a computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace.
- Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings.
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities.
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense.
