About The Position
AO Globe Life is seeking Benefits Enrollment Specialists for a fully remote opportunity supporting members and families. The role involves helping clients understand insurance options and guiding them through a needs-based review process. It is an independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven, not hourly or salaried. No prior insurance experience is required; training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided. Candidates must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities and are responsible for applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at their own expense. The opportunity is suited to self-motivated, coachable people who can work independently and are interested in a performance-based career with opportunities for professional growth and advancement. Candidates must be at least 18 and legally eligible to work in the United States. Specific licensing requirements, fees, compensation, and contractor terms may vary by state and will be reviewed during hiring and onboarding.
Requirements

- Schedule and conduct virtual client meetings.

- Maintain accurate documentation and client records.
- Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings.
