About The Position
A career opportunity for motivated professionals who want to serve clients, work remotely, and grow. AO Globe Life is looking for Virtual Client Consultants to assist clients with important insurance decisions. This position is ideal for individuals who are comfortable talking with people, willing to learn, and motivated by a performance-based income opportunity. You will receive warm leads, online training, daily coaching, and ongoing support as you build your skills and client relationships.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
- Provide your own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
- Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A people-first mindset
- Good organization and attention to detail
- A proactive approach to challenges
- Comfort learning virtual tools
- Ability to work both independently and with a team
- Self-motivated, coachable, comfortable working independently, and interested in a performance-based career with opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
