About The Position
AO Globe Life is seeking a Remote Client Solutions Representative to help individuals and families understand insurance options that may support their protection goals. The role involves working with prospective clients, conducting virtual needs-based appointments, and providing education about life, supplemental health, and accident insurance. It is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven, not hourly or salaried. No prior insurance experience is required; training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided. Candidates must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities and are responsible for applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and licensing requirements at their own expense. Candidates provide their own computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace. Specific licensing requirements, fees, compensation, and contractor terms may vary by state and are reviewed during hiring and onboarding.
Requirements
