About The Position

AO Globe Life is seeking motivated professionals for a remote, client-focused role supporting families and individuals across the United States. The specialist conducts scheduled virtual consultations, helps clients understand available benefit programs, and guides them through coverage options and enrollment steps. This is a 100% remote independent contractor opportunity with commission-based, performance-driven compensation; it is not hourly or salaried. The role offers flexible scheduling, structured onboarding, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth and advancement. No prior insurance experience is required. Candidates must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities, and candidates are responsible for applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and licensing requirements at their own expense. Specific licensing requirements, fees, compensation, and contractor terms may vary by state and are reviewed during hiring and onboarding.

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Confidence using video conferencing platforms and digital tools.

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be physically located in the United States.

• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings.

Responsibilities
