About The Position
Jackson Hewitt is seeking a seasonal Client Support Associate to create welcoming, exceptional client experiences and provide essential office support. The role involves engaging with clients, confirming appointments, following up with past and potential clients, distributing marketing materials, and keeping clients engaged while they wait. Associates also visit local shops, events, and community locations to promote brand awareness and recruit new talent, using local market knowledge and social media to expand outreach and build a talent pipeline. Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
