About The Position

The Client Support Associate serves as a friendly, customer-service-focused representative for office visitors, helping provide exceptional client experiences and essential support. The role involves engaging with clients, confirming appointments, following up with past and potential clients, distributing marketing materials, and keeping clients engaged while they wait. The position also serves as a local brand ambassador, visiting shops, events, and community locations to build brand awareness and recruit talent. The associate uses local market knowledge and social media skills to expand the organization’s reach and build a talent pipeline. Full-time and part-time positions are available, and the role is described as seasonal.

Requirements

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role.
