About The Position

Jackson Hewitt is hiring a Seasonal Client Support Associate to provide a welcoming, customer service-oriented experience to clients visiting its offices. The associate engages with clients, helps ensure exceptional client experiences, and provides essential office support. The position welcomes applicants regardless of work background or experience level. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with flexible scheduling options. Compensation is $17.00–$18.00 per hour. PTIN certification is required.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role.
• Ability to obtain PTIN certification.

• Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred, but not required.
