About The Position

Jackson Hewitt is hiring a Seasonal Client Support Associate to welcome visitors to its offices and help ensure an exceptional client experience. The associate engages with clients, confirms appointments, follows up with past and potential clients, distributes marketing materials, and keeps clients engaged during wait times. The role is suited to someone who enjoys customer service and building relationships; applicants of any work background or experience level are welcome.

This position offers full-time and part-time options and flexible scheduling. Compensation is $11.00–$14.00 per hour. The company describes itself as a national tax services brand with local offices and provides tax training, continuing education, and on-the-job mentorship opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
