About The Position

Join the team as a Seasonal Client Support Associate and serve as a welcoming point of contact for clients visiting the offices. The role focuses on creating exceptional client experiences, building relationships, and providing essential support. Associates engage with clients, confirm appointments, follow up with past and potential clients, distribute marketing materials, and keep clients engaged during wait times. Requirements
