Client Support Associate
About The Position
Join the team as a Seasonal Client Support Associate, serving as a welcoming point of contact for office visitors and helping provide exceptional client experiences. The role includes engaging with clients, confirming appointments, following up with past and prospective clients, distributing marketing materials, and keeping clients engaged while they wait. As a boots-on-the-ground ambassador, you will visit local shops, events, and community locations to build brand awareness and recruit new talent. You will use local market knowledge and social media skills to expand the organization’s reach and build a talent pipeline. The role is suited to someone who enjoys building relationships and working in a customer-service-oriented environment. Applicants from any work background or experience level are welcome.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role.
