About The Position

Join the team as a Seasonal Client Support Associate and serve as a welcoming, customer service-oriented ambassador for clients visiting the offices. The role involves creating exceptional client experiences, providing essential support, engaging with clients, confirming appointments, following up with past and potential clients, distributing marketing materials, and keeping clients engaged during wait times. The position also includes visiting local shops, events, and community locations to build brand awareness and recruit talent, using local market knowledge and social media to expand reach and develop a talent pipeline. Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role.
