Client Support Associate
About The Position
Jackson Hewitt is seeking a customer-service-oriented Client Support Associate to help create a welcoming office experience and support client engagement. The role includes visiting local shops, events, and community locations to increase brand awareness and recruit talent, using local market knowledge and social media to expand outreach and build a talent pipeline. Associates also serve as a friendly point of contact for office visitors, confirm appointments, follow up with past and potential clients, distribute marketing materials, and keep clients engaged while they wait. Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
