About The Position
Globe Life AO is hiring Remote Client Success Specialists to provide exceptional customer service while helping working families understand their life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits. You'll connect with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments, guide them through the enrollment process, answer questions, and build long-term relationships. Whether you're starting your career or bringing experience from customer service, healthcare, retail, banking, education, hospitality, or sales, we provide the training, mentorship, and licensing guidance you need to succeed.
Requirements
- Strong communication and active listening skills.

- Self-motivated, dependable, and organized.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and reliable high-speed internet.
- Ability to obtain any required state insurance license.

- Experience in customer service, client success, retail, hospitality, healthcare, banking, education, administration, military, or sales is welcomed—but not required.
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and phone.
- Welcome and onboard new clients through the enrollment process.
- Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits.
- Answer questions and provide exceptional customer service.
- Recommend personalized benefit solutions based on each client's needs.
- Build long-term client relationships through professionalism and trust.
- Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate client records while ensuring compliance with company and state regulations.
- Participate in weekly coaching, mentorship, and leadership development.
