About The Position

The Client Services Executive – Strategic Resourcing is a services-led growth leader who expands WWT’s presence within core customer accounts through workforce strategy, delivery models, and long-term services alignment. The role operates as a trusted advisor and subject-matter expert, aligning people, technology, and delivery with client business outcomes and driving scalable, recurring services revenue. The position is embedded with Client Executives and account teams and works with hiring managers, delivery leaders, and executive stakeholders. It identifies workforce opportunities, leads consultative discussions, owns Strategic Resourcing opportunities from discovery through expansion, and develops workforce roadmaps and scalable resourcing solutions. The role includes positioning contract, contract-to-hire, direct placement, blended and hybrid resourcing, workforce optimization, and advisory services.

Responsibilities

Serve as the Strategic Resourcing subject-matter expert within assigned accounts, working with Client Executives and account teams.
Engage hiring managers, delivery leaders, and executive stakeholders, including Director-, VP-, and C-suite-level contacts.
Lead consultative conversations about workforce planning, skills gaps, delivery speed, scalability, and cost optimization.
Proactively identify services and workforce opportunities that may not be visible through traditional sales motions.
Own Strategic Resourcing opportunities end-to-end, including discovery and intake, solution and delivery model design, SOW creation and commercial modeling, and extensions and expansions.
Position contract, contract-to-hire, direct placement, blended and hybrid resourcing models, workforce optimization, and advisory services.
Develop multi-year workforce roadmaps aligned with client initiatives and transformation programs.
Design flexible delivery models that balance speed, cost, and access to specialized talent.
Translate business and technical strategies into scalable resourcing solutions supported by WWT’s global ecosystem.
