About The Position

We are seeking a Client Services Coordinator to "WOW!!" our clients by ensuring their marketing campaigns run smoothly from purchase to completion. This role involves acting as the main point of contact for clients, serving as a liaison between the customer and our design, mailing list, printing, and mailing teams. This is a fast-paced position requiring strong multi-tasking, decision-making, attention to detail, and organizational skills to meet client deadlines and ensure a flawless, 5-star customer service experience.

Requirements

• Pleasantly communicate with customers via phone, email, and live chat.
• Ability to navigate computer and email systems after training.
• Ability to accurately follow customer's written or verbal instructions.
• Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask.
• Willingness to provide coverage for other areas of the department as needed.
• Ability to maintain composure under tight deadlines or pressure.
• Reliable and responsible.
• Minimum 2-5 years' experience in customer service roles.
• Ability to type with speed and accuracy (at least 40 wpm).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook & Excel.
• Positive outlook.

Nice To Haves

• Spanish speaker preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the customer's main point of contact after order purchase until completion.
• Act as a liaison between the customer and the design team, mailing list experts, and printing and mailing area teams.
• Ensure client deadlines are met.
• Ensure the customer is serviced perfectly and is happy with their order.
• Provide coverage for other areas of the department as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
