Client Service Supervisor
About The Position
BluePearl Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Supervisor in Peoria, Arizona. The Client Service Supervisor guides the daily activities of the Client Services Team under the direction of the Client Services Manager. The role coordinates communication between Client Services and other hospital departments so interdepartmental work runs smoothly and efficiently, and provides coverage for the Client Services department in the manager’s absence. The supervisor helps ensure that issues are addressed by the appropriate person and that service is seamless throughout each client and patient visit. The position supports staff training, scheduling, communication, coaching, team meetings, and continuous improvement in client service. The supervisor is also part of the management team and meets with clients to discuss questions or concerns about services. The listed pay range is $23–$29 per hour, dependent on experience. The role is not eligible for visa sponsorship or sponsorship transfer; applicants must have current, unrestricted U.S. work authorization and not require future employment-based green card sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Plan, monitor, and ensure completion of the initial training program for new Client Service associates.
- Guide the Client Service Team Leader in cost-effective scheduling to provide sufficient staffing for client needs on every shift.
- Serve as an integral member of the management team and link clients, patients, and caregivers.
- Provide feedback to co-managers about issues that may lead to client dissatisfaction.
- Communicate individually and in groups with Client Service associates about new ideas, protocol and policy changes, upcoming changes, and ongoing feedback.
- Coach Client Service associates to anticipate and address service needs and seek help with escalated or stressful situations.
- Plan and execute regularly scheduled team meetings.
- Identify ways to improve client service through training opportunities, coordinator input, and feedback from doctors and management.
- Meet with clients to discuss concerns and questions about services provided.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
