About The Position

This position is responsible for responding to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions, and client complaints. The role involves recording consistent problem areas, resolving issues with orders, delivery dates, or service, and addressing client complaints by determining the cause, selecting the best solution, expediting corrections or adjustments, and following up to ensure resolution. Responses are predominantly routine but may require deviation from standard procedures. Other duties may be assigned.

Responsibilities

• Responds to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions and client complaints.
• Records consistent problem areas.
• Resolves issues with orders, delivery dates or service.
• Resolves the client's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting corrections or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• Responses are predominately routine but may require deviation from standard procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
