Client Service Representative (Receptionist)
About The Position
VCA Loomis Basin Veterinary Clinic is seeking an experienced, personable, and highly professional Client Service Representative (Receptionist) to help deliver excellent service to clients and their pets. As the face of VCA, this role sets the tone for the practice and helps build and maintain clients’ trust and confidence. The representative is a central point of coordination for hospital operations and client service. VCA Loomis Basin offers general practice, 24-hour emergency care, and specialty services, supported by board-certified specialists and emergency and general-practice clinicians. The hospital is located on a nine-acre campus in the Sierra foothills. Compensation is negotiable based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials. The stated pay range is $17.00 to $24.00 per hour. VCA describes opportunities for continuing education, transfers, specialization, and leadership development.

Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and provide customer service.
- Answer telephones and guide clients and their pets to exam rooms.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Place follow-up calls and contact prospective clients.
- Present and explain fees and process payments.
