Fully Remote Client Relationship Associate
About The Position
AO Globe Life is seeking motivated professionals for a fully remote, client-focused role supporting families and individuals across the United States. The associate conducts scheduled virtual consultations, helps clients understand benefit programs, and provides dependable service while building long-term relationships. The role offers flexible scheduling, structured onboarding and training, mentorship, and opportunities for continued learning, advancement, and leadership responsibilities. Consultations are with pre-interested clients; cold outreach and door-to-door sales are not required. This is a 100% remote independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven, not hourly or salaried. Candidates must provide their own computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace. Before conducting licensed insurance activities, the associate must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License and complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state requirements at their own expense. Licensing requirements, fees, compensation, and contractor terms may vary by state.
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Confidence using video conferencing platforms and digital tools.
- Motivated by service-oriented, purpose-driven work.
- Must be physically located in and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Must provide a Windows-based laptop or desktop computer with webcam and a professional remote workspace.
- Must complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense.
- Must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities.

Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients using Zoom.
- Identify client needs and guide clients through available benefit options.
- Explain coverage details and enrollment steps clearly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate digital records and manage follow-up communication.
- Provide exceptional client service while building long-term relationships.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions and team meetings to strengthen skills.
- Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings.
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities.
