About The Position
AO Globe Life is seeking a Virtual Client Account Advisor to help clients learn about insurance protection options. The role supports individuals and families through virtual appointments, identifying their needs and explaining products that may help protect their financial well-being. Training, mentorship, warm leads, and ongoing support are provided. This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven, not hourly or salaried. No prior insurance experience is required. Candidates must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities and complete applicable coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at their own expense. Licensing requirements, fees, compensation, and contractor terms may vary by state and will be reviewed during hiring and onboarding.
Requirements
- Strong verbal, written, and listening skills
- Customer-service mindset and professional communication style
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable learning computer programs and online systems
- Reliable, self-motivated, and coachable
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a team
- At least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
- Provide own computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

Responsibilities
- Work with prospective clients from company-provided warm leads
- Schedule and conduct virtual client appointments
- Build rapport and learn about individual client needs
- Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
- Help clients understand benefits and available services
- Provide timely follow-up and responsive client support
- Maintain clear and accurate client documentation
- Participate in team coaching and training sessions
- Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
