About The Position

The Client Relations Representative (CRR) is a sales-focused client relationship and business development role, rather than a traditional administrative support position. As the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients, the CRR drives appointment generation, supports advisor growth initiatives, and helps deliver an exceptional client experience. The role converts warm leads into qualified appointments, executes marketing events, supports new-client onboarding, and maintains consistent outreach that contributes to advisor production and firm growth. Success is measured by appointment generation, client engagement, event execution, outreach activity, and contribution to advisor and business growth. Approximately 70% of the role involves phone-based client outreach and relationship building. The position is on-site in Salt Lake City and includes local travel for events, workshops, and advisor support. Occasional evening work is required to support workshops, seminars, and client events.
