About The Position

The Client Relations Representative (CRR) is a sales-focused client relationship and business development role, rather than a traditional administrative support position. Based on-site in Salt Lake City, Utah, with local travel, the CRR is the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients and helps drive appointment generation, advisor growth initiatives, and a strong client experience. Approximately 70% of the role involves phone-based outreach and relationship-building. The role converts warm leads into qualified appointments, supports marketing events and new-client onboarding, and maintains consistent outreach that contributes to advisor production and firm growth. Performance is measured through appointment generation, client engagement, event execution, outreach activity, and contribution to advisor and business growth. The CRR conducts follow-up with workshop attendees, seminar leads, marketing inquiries, referrals, and existing clients; schedules appointments for Advisors; re-engages inactive prospects and no-shows; and records client interactions and performance activity in CRM systems. In partnership with Advisors and the Marketing team, the CRR helps plan and execute workshops, seminars, client appreciation events, and community outreach, including event logistics and attendee follow-up. The role also maintains accurate client records, monitors metrics, and collaborates with Advisors and internal teams to support seamless client experiences. This is an on-site, full-time, non-exempt position. Local travel is required for events and advisor support, and occasional evening work may be needed. Reliable transportation is required; mileage is reimbursed. The role is office-based, involves routine telephone and email use, requires working at a desk for extended periods, and may require lifting up to 10 pounds. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
