Ingram Content Group is hiring a Client Relations Manager for its Consortium (CBSD) team in Minneapolis. This is not a remote position; the employee must be based in the Minneapolis area, and hybrid schedules are offered. The role serves as the primary contact for assigned client publishers and leads their ongoing business relationships with Consortium. The manager works across Ingram to support publisher needs, provides industry-informed consultation, explains policies and procedures, and advises clients on tools and services available through Ingram and the broader industry to help maximize their success. Areas of consultation include sales materials, sales-cycle timelines, marketing and sales, eContent strategy, and print-on-demand. The manager leads meetings with client publishers, provides constructive feedback, and maintains client satisfaction through a client-focused approach and responsive service. The position also includes conducting business reviews, monitoring client and market activity, supporting client deadlines, and connecting publishers with relevant Ingram services. Consortium Book Sales & Distribution, part of Ingram Publisher Services, champions independent publishers worldwide and connects their books with trade, library, and academic markets. Ingram Content Group provides services to publishers, retailers, libraries, and educators, including digital and physical book distribution, print-on-demand, and digital learning.
