About The Position

Ageless Women’s Health is hiring a full-time, on-site Client Relations Manager for its Indianapolis location on the Greenwood side of town. The clinic provides women’s hormone replacement therapy and wellness services, including IV nutrient therapy, vitamin injections, birth control management, Pap smears, and routine wellness screenings. The role combines front-desk and patient coordination, relationship building and retention, sales, and community outreach. The position follows a Monday–Friday schedule during standard business hours, with occasional evening or weekend events.

Requirements

Excellent communication and people skills.
Experience in customer service, sales, or front-desk coordination.
Strong organization and attention to detail.
Comfort discussing payments and insurance professionally.

Experience in a wellness, med spa, or healthcare clinic.
Community outreach or event experience.

Responsibilities

Greet and check in patients warmly and professionally.
Manage appointment scheduling, patient checkout, and payment collection.
Assist with insurance verification and documentation.
Follow up on unpaid balances and billing questions.
Build patient relationships to support return visits.
Conduct follow-ups to keep patients engaged in their wellness plans.
Maintain a high level of customer service and care.
Respond to new patient leads received by phone, web forms, and email.
Schedule consultations and convert leads into appointments.
Recommend additional services aligned with patient goals, such as HRT, IV therapy, or vitamin boosters.
Attend local events to promote clinic services and generate new patient interest.
