About The Position

OnderLaw, a nationwide personal injury and product liability law firm based in St. Louis, MO, is looking for an Intake Agent to join our growing team. Our Intake team is the face and voice of our firm to potential clients. This role involves excelling in a fast-paced environment, being a team player and is focused on great client service. The candidate will also need to have the ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust to changing priorities in a professional manner. The ideal candidate will possess a strong service-oriented, empathetic attitude and have the ability to develop rapport with potential clients while investigating the root of their legal issues. The right candidate will have strong computer skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and a keen attention to detail. Previous call center experience or office experience is preferred but not required. We are seeking a candidate who is fluent in Spanish for this position.
