About The Position

ADP is hiring a Client Human Resources Business Partner II. Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent experience as a practitioner in a systems-related organization
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a customer service or human resources environment, with proven ability to produce positive results
  • A college degree is great but not required. Other acceptable experiences could include: Experience noted above, OR Military Experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Current/prior account management experience highly preferred, preferably with a large book of business
  • Workforce Now and Henry experience highly preferred
  • HR/Payroll/Benefits experience highly preferred
  • Ability to function well and thrive in a matrix-leadership environment (leading/influencing direct team members)
  • HR Certification or willing to pursue in the first year

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an HR expert to ADP's largest clients and support ADP's most complex products/technologies.
  • Solve client problems by taking a broad perspective to identify solutions.
  • Work independently to resolve issues.
  • Proactively work with clients to provide information, best practices, and training on ADP solutions.
  • Use strong interpersonal skills, HR, and ADP product knowledge to communicate with clients and resolve issues.
  • Set priorities, organize your day, multi-task, change direction, and provide prompt follow-up.
  • Strive to exceed client expectations in every interaction.
  • Uphold the highest ethical standards and live ADP's core value of Integrity is Everything.
  • Interpret internal or external business issues and recommend solutions/best practices to ADP leadership and clients.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with less experienced Consultants and Specialists at ADP.
