About the position
The job overview for this role is that Digital Asset is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join their Client Experience (CX) Team. The team is responsible for delivering technology-based professional services to clients and converting client mandates into active DA product usage. The successful candidate will have a strong mix of experience in product development, business analysis, and agile software delivery. They will be responsible for driving Daml-based solutions and client opportunities, managing key client relationships, and translating client needs into product requirements. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of product development or application development management experience and a strong understanding of the rapidly changing technology landscape.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with clients to understand the business case and providing solutions
- Driving the adoption of Daml-based applications, integrations, and solutions with clients and partners
- Identifying and documenting customer requirements and overseeing product development process
- Providing leadership and coordination between teams of engineering, product, marketing, and development professionals
- Advocating for clients' product/feature/functionality needs in internal product roadmap planning
- Informing, solutioning, and driving Daml-based solutions and client opportunities
- Delivering professional services to clients and partners using DA products
- Managing key client/partner relationships and resolving client issues
- Working closely with clients and engineering team to understand key features and define product development roadmap
- Translating clients' needs into requirements, workflows, and user stories
- Remaining involved in all stages of the product life cycle to increase successful client execution and adoption of Daml products.
Requirements
- Must reside in the New York City tristate area and have access to commute to the NYC headquarters on a hybrid schedule
- At least ten years of product development and/or project management experience
- Proficiency in offering exemplary professional services
- Strong mix of experience in product development, business analysis, and agile software delivery
- BS or MS in Computer Science is a strong plus
- Strong technical skills to allow for strong relationship management with clients and the ability to convey a technology solution to developers
- Deep domain expertise and insights from client/industry/competitive analysis
- Delivering CX professional services to clients and partners using DA products
- Identifying customer needs through workshops, focus groups, and research initiatives
- Managing key client/partner relationships for project engagements
- Working closely with clients to understand key features and define product development roadmap
- Uncovering and understanding clients' needs and translating them into requirements, including workflows and user stories
- Knowledgeable of the emerging fintech and rapidly changing technology landscape
- Sound understanding of Agile ways of working with exposure to Agile SCRUM framework, development, and best practices
