About the position
As a Success Manager at Digital Asset, your primary responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction and value throughout their experience with the company. You will work cross-functionally to support customer retention, renewal, and upsell processes, serving as the voice of the customer internally. Your role will involve driving adoption of Digital Asset products, identifying new use cases, and collaborating with sales on account plans and upsell opportunities. Ultimately, your success will be measured by customer happiness and achieving positive business outcomes. Responsibilities
- Retention: Ensuring customer satisfaction and preventing churn.
- Renewal: Ensuring successful contract renewals.
- Upsell: Identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand the customer relationship.
- Adoption: Ensuring customers are effectively using the products and achieving desired outcomes.
- Happiness: Monitoring and improving customer satisfaction and experience.
- Serving as the voice of the customer internally.
- Collaborating with sales on account plans and upsell opportunities.
- Monitoring NPS (net promoter score) and CHI (customer happiness index).
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience
- Strong customer success management experience
- Ability to ensure customer retention and prevent churn
- Proven track record of successful customer renewals
- Experience with upselling and expanding customer relationships
- Ability to drive customer adoption and ensure positive business outcomes
- Familiarity with net promoter score (NPS) and customer happiness index (CHI)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Remote work within the US is possible
