About The Position

Globe Life AO is expanding and seeking motivated, people-focused professionals to join our virtual team as Remote Client Development Representatives. You'll work directly with individuals and families through virtual appointments, helping them understand available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits while delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships. No previous insurance experience is required. We provide structured training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Be physically located within the United States
• Have a computer or laptop with webcam and microphone
• Maintain reliable high-speed internet
• Have a quiet, professional workspace
• Be comfortable communicating with clients virtually
• Be willing and able to obtain the required state Life & Health Insurance License

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, healthcare, education, recruiting, retail, financial services, administration, or client relations can be helpful but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments
• Connect with individuals interested in learning about available benefits
• Identify client needs and financial protection priorities
• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
• Provide personalized recommendations based on individual needs
• Guide clients through applications and enrollment
• Build long-term relationships through professional service and follow-up
• Assist existing clients with applicable policy reviews and updates
• Maintain accurate digital client records
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
• Follow applicable company procedures and state insurance requirements
