About The Position

Gateway Services is seeking a bilingual Spanish Client Care Specialist to support veterinary clinics and pet parents through compassionate pet aftercare. The role is the first point of contact for clients and helps ensure pets are treated with dignity while families receive professional, empathetic support. The position is on-site at a Gateway Care Center in Northborough, Massachusetts.

The schedule is full-time, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Training is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. After training, the schedule is Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Compensation is $21–$25 per hour, depending on experience. Previous customer service experience is preferred; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Support veterinary clinics and pet parents by phone, email, and in person.
• Answer questions with empathy and professionalism.
• Accurately enter service requests and special instructions.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure commitments are fulfilled.
• Support pet parent viewings and order pickups when required.
• Resolve concerns promptly while maintaining customer confidence.
