About The Position

Gateway Services is hiring a bilingual Spanish Client Care Specialist at Final Gift Pet Memorial in Northborough, Massachusetts. Gateway provides pet aftercare services and supports families during difficult moments. The specialist is a first point of contact for veterinary clinics and pet parents, helping ensure pets are cared for with dignity and families receive compassionate support.

This is an on-site role in a Gateway Care Center, with customer service provided by telephone, email, and in person. The position involves frequent interaction with veterinary clinics and pet parents, a fast-paced environment, and close collaboration with Operations. Training is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Once trained, the schedule is Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. The posting states a minimum of 40 hours per week.
