About The Position

Gateway Services is hiring a bilingual Spanish Client Care Specialist for its Final Gift Pet Memorial Care Center in Middleborough, Massachusetts. The specialist is the first point of contact for veterinary clinics and pet parents, providing compassionate, professional support and helping ensure pets are cared for with dignity and families receive the support they deserve. This is an on-site, full-time role with paid training and a schedule that changes after training. The position requires 40 hours per week minimum. Training is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Once trained, the schedule is Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Compensation is $21–$23 per hour, depending on experience. Responsibilities

• Support veterinary clinics and pet parents by phone, email, and in person.
• Answer questions with empathy and professionalism.
• Accurately enter service requests and special instructions.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure commitments are fulfilled.
• Support pet parent viewings and order pickups when required.
• Resolve concerns promptly while maintaining customer confidence.
• Help create a compassionate experience for every family served.
