Client Care Specialist | Experienced STNA | Findlay, Ohio
About The Position
Freedom Caregivers is seeking a Full-Time Client Care Specialist (CCS) in Upper Sandusky, OH, for experienced Home Health Aides (HHAs) or STNAs. This role involves traveling between Kenton, Findlay, and Tiffin, offering an opportunity for growth, leadership, and making a significant impact on clients' and caregivers' lives. The CCS will ensure exceptional client care, support agency growth, build relationships with clients, families, and caregivers, cover open client shifts, train and mentor new caregivers, and communicate caregiver performance to supervisors. The position requires upholding agency policies and standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HHA or STNA.
- Ability to work flexible shifts between 8am and 6pm Monday – Friday and occasional weekends if needed.
- Clear communication in English, both written and verbal.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using smartphones and mobile apps.
- Excels in customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Thrives in a dynamic environment, quickly building rapport with clients and caregivers.
- Maintains a professional demeanor and works collaboratively to meet agency needs.
- Must have a valid Ohio Driver’s License
- Reliable and consistent transportation
- Current proof of auto insurance
- HHA or STNA certification
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Physically able to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 lbs

- Ensuring Continuity of Care: Step in to cover open client shifts as needed, ensuring reliability and seamless transitions for clients.
- Empowering Caregivers: Train and mentor new caregivers directly in clients' homes, setting them up for success.
- Collaborating Effectively: Communicate caregiver performance and satisfaction updates to supervisors to ensure a thriving team environment.
- Upholding Excellence: Follow all caregiver responsibilities and uphold our agency’s policies, procedures, and high standards of conduct.
