Client Care Specialist | Experienced STNA | Findlay, Ohio
About The Position
Freedom Caregivers is looking for a dedicated and experienced Home Health Aide (HHA) or STNA to fill the role of Full-Time Client Care Specialist (CCS) in Upper Sandusky, OH. This role involves traveling between Kenton, Findlay, and Tiffin, offering an exciting opportunity to grow, lead, and impact the lives of clients and caregivers. As a CCS, you will ensure clients receive exceptional care while supporting agency growth. Key responsibilities include delivering outstanding customer experiences, building relationships with clients, families, and caregivers, stepping in to cover open client shifts, training and mentoring new caregivers in clients' homes, communicating caregiver performance updates to supervisors, and upholding agency policies and standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HHA or STNA.
- Ability to work flexible shifts between 8 am and 6 pm Monday – Friday and occasional weekends.
- Clear written and verbal communication in English.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using smartphones and mobile apps.
- Excels in customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and quickly build rapport with clients and caregivers.
- Maintains a professional demeanor and works collaboratively to meet agency needs.
- Must have a valid Ohio Driver’s License.
- Reliable and consistent transportation.
- Current proof of auto insurance.
- HHA or STNA certification.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Physically able to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences by building lasting relationships with clients, families, and caregivers.
- Ensure continuity of care by covering open client shifts as needed.
- Train and mentor new caregivers directly in clients' homes.
- Communicate caregiver performance and satisfaction updates to supervisors.
- Follow all caregiver responsibilities and uphold agency policies, procedures, and high standards of conduct.
